About
The idea of a designer house with their own hands originated a long time ago. We wanted to relax ourselves and share the joy with friends. Gradually, dreams became a reality and in December 2017 the first guests visited the house.
Guest room
The guest room is 15 square meters, a handmade double bed in the Loft style is simply separated by a curtain. A comfortable sofa bed is a double bed.
Design
The house is made in rich colors conducive to your relaxation and reboot in nature. The house has everything you need for your vacation.
Location
The house is located in the village of Utulik, 7 km from the city of Baikalsk and the ski resort Mount Sobolinaya. The landscape in which the house is inscribed has preserved its natural naturalness, on the site there are lingonberries, blueberries, a large anthill, majestic pine trees and frivolous birches.
